Rebecca recently staged a Hunters Green listing, a beautiful home that, once the owners moved out, appeared very bland and cavernous. As is the case with almost all sellers, they didn’t have a huge budget for staging. Rebecca came up with a great plan to stage the common areas: living, dining, great room, etc. so that when prospective buyers walked in, they saw the real potential of the home.
