Home/All Staging Homes/Mid-Century Flair Townhome Staging

Living Room
The home has an open floor plan so we used bookshelves to divide up the spaces and we created 2 different living areas downstairs. One area is a reading nook and the other is a lounging area. The slate blue sectional is one of our favorites in our inventory because of its non-traditional shape. We used our classic washbasin galvanized mirror and cactus pictures to create a serene zen feeling.

Kitchen & Dining Room
A big dark brown table with a mix of clean lines that skew contemporary on the heads of the table and mid-century style chairs in the middle set the tone for the style of furniture and color scheme. This home had a lot of white tile so we needed to soften it.

Loft Area (Desk Area)
On the landing at the top of the stairs the homeowner had some stainless steel shelving that was fun to display books and our favorite objects next to the a perfect study spot for the kids. The loft area we used a soft khaki loveseat and dark grey chair to create a small hangout area.

Master & Guest Bedrooms
We used a simple upholstered headboard and 2 substantially dark wood nightstands with a peacock painting above the bed. A modern twist on a dresser is we used a mid-century open bookshelf that is beautiful by itself and paired it with a round rope mirror.
