Home/All Staging Homes, Best Staged Homes/Ethereal and Serene Styling

This home sold in just 3 days after we staged and styled it. It had been listed by the builder while under construction but no one saw its true potential till we got our hands on it.

This home sold in just 3 days after we staged and styled it. It had been listed by the builder while under construction but no one saw its true potential till we got our hands on it. One of the things we try our hardest to do is to tap into the psychology of the buyer. We want as many senses to be used and we want “little happy moments” to take place for the buyer. We used on trend, light-colored, comfortable looking items to convey our message of “Come, sit, stay a while… or forever.”

Family & Living Rooms
The vibe when first entering this bungalow is ethereal. The clean and crisp ivory upholstered sectional has such deep seats that it screaming for someone to come sit down and relax. The coffee and end tables are inspired by traditional Indian design elements. The distressed mango wood has lattice cutouts which make it interesting to the eye and the weathered ash color of the end tables and coffee table contribute to a serene feeling. We threw in some pops of bright turquoise and bright orange in the pillows to make the space feel happy.

Artworks
Art is essential to a finished and inviting home that pleases every palate. We enhanced the ambiance by using the metal etched Paris pictures that look sort of vintage. Adding a mirror or two always helps brighten up a place and is a great staging technique. Each space should have its own personality and artwork really does the trick.

Kitchen Dining Area
Gold is back! This mango live edge table boasts a matte antique gold base. The swanky design of the table and bench make it perfect for a weekend brunch or a great dinner party.
